How to find us
Chicago Location
Our Chicago location is conveniently located in the Hyde Park Bank Building located at 1525 E 53rd st suite 814 in Hyde Park. There are numerous public transportation options nearby including the 53rd street metra stop which is less than a 5 minute walk from the building. There are paid parking options on 53rd and unpaid parking options on Harper Ave and the surrounding side streets.
Frankfort Location
Currently Dr. Bloomfield works at the renowned Acu-Rehab-Med at 20500 S La Grange, Ste. in Frankfort, IL just down the road from I-80 W. There is abundant free parking in front of the building.
